One of our top priorities is to protect the well-being of our valued patients, and our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. APPOINTMENTS
If you would like to schedule an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates all communications, and emergency calls and appointments are available for new and established patients.
FINANCIAL
Our office will file all insurance claims for you and help you recover the most from your insurance benefits. We do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you want and need, and for patients who require extensive treatment we can design a complete payment plan with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by our office are cash, check, major credit cards, or Care Credit.
CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to keep an appointment we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice.
